A not-so-gross convo about gut health you didn’t know you needed.
Let’s talk about something we all do—but rarely talk about: pooping. Yep, I said it. We’re going there.
Turns out, your poop has a lot to say about what’s going on inside your body. The hilarious and surprisingly enlightening book “What Your Poop Is Telling You” dives into just that. And friends—it’s more than potty humor. This is real talk about your health.
Here’s what stood out (and what I want you to know):

No, really. Ever experienced “The Log Jam” or “The Clean Sweep”? (Don’t worry—these are actual terms from the book, not something I made up after too much fiber.)
💩 The truth: Your poop’s shape, texture, and “behavior” gives you clues about hydration, fiber intake, digestion, and even inflammation.
👉 Ideal: soft, sausage-shaped, and slow to sink. Anything too hard, runny, or weirdly shaped might mean something’s off.

Most poop problems boil down to two simple things: not enough fiber and not enough water.
💧 Fiber bulks things up and keeps it all moving. Water softens the load (literally).
