
Letting Go of Toxins, Embracing Balance
These past two weeks have been powerful. I’m deep into the second phase of my 90-Day Reset—using our new detox supplements—and honestly, I feel amazing. My energy is high, my mind feels clear, and I wake up excited for the day. It’s incredible what happens when you start to let go of what’s been weighing you down—physically and energetically.
Alongside this physical cleanse, I’ve been doing some serious shadow work—illuminating those old, limiting thoughts and beliefs (what yoga calls Vitarka) and releasing them under the glow of the full moon. That combination—physical detox + energetic release—has created a deep internal shift. It’s like layers of fog have lifted, revealing a calm, balanced version of me I’ve been working toward for years.
When we talk about foundational wellness, we often think of nutrition, exercise, and sleep—and yes, those are essential—but real balance goes deeper than that. True wellness means nourishing your body with whole foods, moving it in ways that feel good, resting deeply, managing stress, and minimizing your exposure to toxins. When one area drifts out of balance, the others feel it too.
Reflect. Where are your habits supporting your wellness—and where might they be silently sabotaging it?
Sometimes, the toxins we need to release aren’t just in our bodies—they’re in our routines. Maybe it’s the extra glass of wine that sneaks in when you’re stressed, the scrolling before bed that robs you of true rest, or the processed foods that keep your energy on a rollercoaster. Reflection helps us see those habits for what they are—not failures, but messages.
And then we release.
Release the sugar highs and crashes that leave you foggy.
Release the toxic cleaning and beauty products that burden your system.
Release the perfectionism that whispers you’re not doing enough.
Each act of release is an act of renewal.
Your body knows how to heal—it just needs less interference. When you nourish it with whole, vibrant foods… move daily with intention… rest fully… support your emotions naturally… and simplify your environment… your body responds. Energy rises, focus returns, and you begin to feel that sense of steady, grounded balance that wellness is built on.
This month, I invite you to reflect on your foundational habits:
- What nourishes you?
- What drains you?
- And what one small shift can you make today to move toward balance?
Let go of the toxins—in your products, your thoughts, and your routines—and watch how your body and energy respond. The freedom that follows isn’t just physical—it’s deeply spiritual.
